Does anyone know or have an opinion on what transmission shop is the best to go with? I'm gonna switch to C4 and go in the 9s.

It's your fuel map, it's got a nasty hole, that's why you're unloading in 3rd. Lengthen the injector pulse another millisecond, just tune the NOS timing, you'll run 9's
