Time to upgrade the.........

.............fuel system.
I just got done my stroker motor,and I want to upgrade my fuel system,educate me what to get,pump, injectors, regulator, I don't know anything about fuel system,Please educate me.............

Right now motor is set up to be N/A,I have VT stroker is .020 over bore I have 10.1.1 compression pistons stage two N/A VT cams, and heads was send to machine shop for minor clean up,maybe like stage one,
L/T headers of road H pipe Borla cat back,BBK 75mm TB and plenum, BBk in fender cold air kit.
Do I need to upgrade the fuel system for this?
 
If its tuned and the car isnt lean, then dont worry about doing anything. If you throw in 24#ers you will NEED a retune....only thing I would be worried about is how close you are to maxing the stock injectors, checking with your tuner would be the best bet. When their pulse width is maxed or close to it, the life of the injector is going to decrease.

She is running weary strong,only between hard gear shifts she starve a little,when we test drove the car me and the tuner hi ask me if the pump is steel stock,I ask why do I need to upgrade it,hi said you can but live it alone,he almost sounded like my fuel system is little weak ( border line).
How much horsepower is stock fuel system good for anyways?
 
First if you were only running lean between shifts, the fuel system is not the problem, the tune is. Your tuner should have increased the manifold volume in the eec. This acts like an accelerator pump, and fix the lean tip-in condition.
Second, you don't have a fuel pressure reulator if your car is a 99 or newer. It is all handled electorincally.
If you want to upgrade your fuel pump, then an svt focus, aviator, or ford GT pumps are all good option.

Acclerator pump is a carry over from the carb days. On a carb it is an actual little pump attached to the throttle linkage. When you pressed the gas it would squirt and extra bit of fuel into the throttle bores to make up for the sudden rush of air. On fuel injection it is handled electronically, and the manifold volume parameter is what lets the computer know how much extra fuel add when you hit the gas. This extra fuel compensates for the time between when you hit the gas, and the time that the computer catches up and starts adjusting fuel on its own.

Again, I say this if your car is ONLY running lean between shifts. It is still a good idea to get some datalogs done to confirm the duty cycle of the injectors to tell how close they are to being maxed out.

So I guess the best idea is to go back to my tuner and talk to him about this.....

No problem, and fair warning, most tuners do not like to be told they are wrong even if they are, so you just might want to mention that someone suggested trying this and see what he says. BTW, this information came from the SCT tunning manual.
