timing chain cover

i ordered this cover in the picture but the one that was on my car looked different. i know that i can block off the opening for the mechanical fuel pump but is there anything else i have to do?

Whats different about it? I know some of the early style had a place for a dipstick...PB

the difference will prob be for the water inlet/outlet for the pump. one would be for stnadard rotation, the other for reverse. for the water pump difference, i think it is a matter of just changing the backing backing plate.
