Timing chain replacement now have misfire

Hey y’all kind of stumped here With my 2000 Ford Mustang gt 4.6l .
I have a cylinder 1 misfire code and running rich after changing out my timing chain set .
New coils and spark plugs also
Tried old coils and moving around coils still the same.
I locked down the cams so they did not rotate when taking off old tensioner and chains but is it still possible to be off timing?
Starts up and idles fine
Drives decent but can tell it has a miss with exhaust sounding different.
Any knowledge would be appreciated thank you!

Just wondering. Did you take a picture of the timing chains colored links and dots after the new chain was installed?

Did you move the crank at any time when the chains were off?

Did you apply torque to the cam sprockets bolts through the timing chains?

Which timing chain tensioners did you use? The kind with the ratchet or the newer style?
