TIMING ON MY 94 COBRA

IXNAY ON THE TYPING W/ CAPS LOCK ON-AY!!!!

The spout is left of the intake tube. It sort of looks like a fuse.

Remember, you need to get underneath the car to see the degree marks. Use a bright colored marker, and mark the desired timing spot.

WERE IS THE TIMING PLUG THAT U NEED TO PULL OUT TO GET THA ACURATE TIMING? I KNOW U NEED TO DO THIS ON THE 86-93 WERE IS IT ON MINE?

They call it a spout connecter on the 94/95's. I'm not 100% sure were it is. I had the shop advance mine when I got my gears done. I'm sure a lot of guys on Stangnet have done this themselves and knows were it is. I think it's the one wire cominig of your distributor that does not go to a plug ?

On the fox's it's by the distributor I think, on ours it's where Scott said, to the left of the intake filter box, kind of in the fender, looks like a small grey fuse thing. However, I've never had to get on the ground check my timing, there is a pointy steel bracket right about 11 o-clock on top of the balancer which is the pointer you use. It's alittle hard to see, you have to point the timing light just right down there to get it, so take off your tie!

THANKS GUYS
