which tire hooks the best i heard good and bad thinks about nittos and bfg tires now i dont know what to get. i heard people say nitto suck and dont last,some say they dont hook some say they do. what to buy that like a dr and hooks i have a fetish for tread pattern. nittos 555 or dr or bfg or what else. need 245 55 16 for rears

From what I have heard and experienced is that bfg street radials are good for daily driving if you want them to last. The bfg drag radials I heard work really well at the track, but dont last very long if you drive on them a lot on the street. They're also not very safe to drive in the rain. I have the nitto drag radials and they work fine. At the track you need to warm them up good if you want a good bite off the line. The nitto's work really well in the rain too, I've driven these on the freeway at 65 when its pouring out, works just as good as a regular street tire to me.
