Anyone ever sipe their tires on their Mustang? Just wondering if it really does give a noticable improvement to handling and breaking and reduces wear??

I've never heard of that before, but it sure would help in this random Michigan weather. I have had some tires heat cycled before. I figured siping had something to do with that when I read that. I'm sure Belle Tire can do it.

Be careful doing that. Back when Discount Tire used to do that, I had a set done for the Mustang. After about a month of driving, I was cleaning the car and noticed chunks missing from the rear tires. I took them back and had them replaced. Discount no longer sipes tires down here anymore, in part due to chunks being torn off tires. Only thing I could figure, was that when I would break the rears loose, it would tear off small chunks of tread.
