tire size for pony rims nittos or et streets m/t

i want a 245 50 16 nitto or et street m/t. i called wells performance and the said a 255 50 16 would be ok put the tread would start to ware in the middle. does m/t make a et street in a 245 50 16 i like the tread pattern in m/t et streets. or should i stick with a nitto. i want something a little wider and dont want to rub, only be driving in summer no winters

I have the Nitto NT-450s in 245 - 50 -16 and the fronts barely rub at full lock. They seem to be as wide as I would want to go on that pony rim.

MT makes a 26x10.5x16" ET street that will fit pony wheels. Thats what i'll be buying very soon. They also make a 255x50x16" et street drag radial.
