Hey guys... long time no post here in the tech section!

Anyhow, on my 1992 GT i want to run the 03 Cobra style wheel. It'll be 17x9 front and rear. I was wondering what tire sizes I can run in the front? I want something a little bigger out back... what's a good size?

Keep in mind I have future plans of a lowering kit for the car, nothing too crazy, just the Eibach kit or maybe some 'C' springs.

thanks!:SNSign:

I think 275/40's will work fine on the back. 245/45's should work on the front.

im surprized u have no rubbing.

with 275's out back u will either have to flip or maybe even remove the quads and maybe bend the fender lip up

91 and up came with a larger fender in the front so you should be able to get away with a 255/40 ... from what i have learned .. i have a 90 and i think i am gonna be stuck with 245/45's in the front ... but a 92 should be fine.

275/40 on the back is perfect, that's what I have..
245/50 is okay in front but willl look a bit stretched.
