Tk600 Transmission For 96 Gt

I have the chance to get a good deal on a TK600 transmission, RAM clutch and billett flywheel from another Sn95. A friend of mine that owns an auto shop knows the guy that is looking to sell it. He tells me that it should work with my car fine. Apparently this guy wants to put an auto in his car and turn his car into a drag car. The transmission has 3200 miles on it, along with the clutch and flywheel. My quesiton is, will this transmission be a direct replacement for my T45? Thanks in advance for the help.

Thanks for the info guys. First thing I'm going to do is get more details on it. I'm not about to drop a couple grand and find out it won't work, or will require a lot more money to make sure it does.
