OK so i finally decided to go with the tko 500 or 600 trans, Should i get the 2.83 or 3.27 gear ratio, The 3,27 would make it accelerate quicker correct?. And what do i need for the swap? anything... Also should i get the 500 or 600 there both the same price

Depends,do you have gears? Do you race the car? Shorter gears will give you quicker acceleration but do you need that for drag use or the taller 1st gear for nicer street driving?

do the tko 600. i can handle more abuse and has a stronger input spline. also with the 3.27 ratio you kinda run out of gear to quick

no i meant the first gear is a 3.27 ratio in the tranny (500) with the 600 its 2.87 then all the other gears are nearly the same. with the lower first gear you wont run out of gear to quick and will actually make 1st gear a little more usefull. either way you cant really go wrong.
