TKO and hooker competition

I have tremec tko and a 5.0 EFI in my 67 fastback. I would like to insert hooker competition
Header (#6901) long tubes. Do I get a clearence problem with my bellhousing ?
The bellhousing is a tremec aluminium.

Cable clutch is a little tight, but other than that, no problems on my 65 with the same combination.
