ok guys, just ordered the TKO 600(m-7003-r58h), clutch(m-7560-t46), HD throw out bearing(m-7548-a), bellhousing(m-6392-m46), 31 spline yoke(m-4841-a), and the quad & adjustable cable(m-7553-d302) today from FRPP. totalling out to $2749.90 shipped. it should be here next week sometime. im gonna put it in myself. i think i can handle most of it cause i had to change my clutch one time a couple years ago in my GT. my main concern is the quad & adjustable clutch cable. i have never installed a clutch cable before. nor do i know how to adjust it correctly.... any good write-ups on clutch cable and quad installs?? any other advise you could give me on the tranny and corresponding parts install would be much appreciated as well....

the quadrent install is cake, just look at it and yyou will see whats needed... as far as the cable, also cake. just route the new one the same place as the old. as far as adjustment use a large C clamp to slightly depress the fork and then just adjust the cable (2 nuts at the end of the cable) to get the correct placement, its really just a trial and error.. gotta get it so that its not hindering shifting, but that you actually have the clutch engague.

rule of thumb start with the fork pulled 1/2" and move up till it feels how you want it. thats the beauty of adjustable cables.
