How many gaskets did you use? Also, did you get a circle tube thing that goes into the midpipe? I noticed on the new black modular one that you get a gasket plus a circle donut type gasket?

All i got with my prochamber was 2 paper gaskets and nuts/studs. If i need that circle donut gasket than thats why i have a leak. Im not sure if it was this forum but someone said its for a ball type mount on the drivers side. If im not mistaken the whole midpipe is ball/socket becept the passenger side. Also, if i open the hood of my car and listen by the drivers header it sounds really really rough like its not sealed correctly. When driving it sounds like a leak is on the right side though, but its sealed correctly. So wtf, im lost now. Do i need that donut gasket?

The circle thing in pic.

NOTE: THIS PICTURE WITH THE BLACK PROCHAMBER IS NOT MINE.

that plate you speak of is the adapter plate which goes into the drivers side pipe to the manifold. it's more than likely the cause of your leak that is unless you used the paper gasket supplied by mac.

it's crap so put your stock gasket back on, or buy a new on from ford for $8 or so.

nm i see in your pic you have new studs. spray soapy water on the connections and see where it bubbles

What do you mean new studs? I used the same studs from my mac catted hpipe which didnt leak plus new silver ones. I dont think i have a leak anywhere at the catback connections. It sounds like its coming from the header section while driving. I have a silver old style prochamber not pictured in this thread. The black prochamber was a example showing the donut metal gasket.

But man i hope i have a loose o2 sensor b/c i already took it apart fully 3 times

i had the same exact h-pipe as the first picture and it didnt come with that little ball and socket extension.you have to use the supplied mac hasket along with a brand new one from ford and you will have no leaks.this is exactly what i did and had no problems.

You used 2 gaskets??? I just emailed mac anad they told me to call them lol. Why cant they just send me the info in the email.

I fixed it. I brought some pb blaster than sprayed the header bolts and nuts and let it sit. After that i got my tools and tightening up everything with all my might. Took it for a drove and all is good. It seems the bolts keep coming loose after heating up b/c the old rust was preventing me from getting a good tight seal.
