I am looking into 1 of 2 crate motors, but not sure which is better suited for me. Both appear to be identical with the exception of the cam. One has the B303 and the other has the E cam. Which one do you guys recommend. My car will be a 5 spd car used for the occasional trip to the drag strip, but mostly as a "need to let out some stress, leave the Hyundai home and take the mustang to work car"

I would probably stick with the E303. Not my favorite cam by no means but it seems to make decent power. May give you some driving and/or tuning issues though.. pretty common.

I would got with a B cam thats what I got for my new motor I don't think the E cam is worth it. The B303 is a proven cam that makes good power.

Third option would be 1) order whichever is cheaper, 2) put the motor on a stand when you get it, 3) pull the cam out, and 4) put either a custom or one of Comp Cam's comparable XE grinds in. There are other cams out there that will either match the B/E cam on the top end while making more bottom and mid range, or will match the bottom end of the B/E while making more on the top end. It will cost you a bit more, but I suspect you'll be so much happier with it that you'll want to sell the Hyundai and drive the Stang daily.
