I just finished removing my A/C and the only thing I was not able to get to was the condenser. Is there a benifit to removing the condenser? Will removing the condenser make that much defference in cooling the radiator? How much does the condensor weigh? If anyone removed their A/C and opted to keep/remove the condensor please post your reasoning as to why you decided either way. Thank you fellas.

just remove the radiator, which should take all of 10 minutes, then remove the condenser. i removed mine when i ditched my a/c, now my fluidyne is fully exposed to airflow.

no, its a cobra r hood from cervini. i dont think the rpm II will fit under the stock hood. u might be able to move the rad forward enough without having to actually drain the coolant and remove it. i deleted my a/c at the same time i did the radiator so it was all apart. u need to take off the headlight panel cover and disconnect the lines at the condenser if u haven't already. then its just a matter of unbolting the mounts for the condenser and radiator, try to move the radiator forward enouugh to snake the condenser out.

Before I remove the AC is there a quick way to relieve the pressure and make sure the refrigerant is out??? My compressor has been leaking slowly for awhile and there shouldn't be much left in the system.
