I'm looking at getting a new cat-back system.. and i've heard nothing but good things about SLP. I'm just not sure what the difference between the loud mouth I and the loud mouth II.. i've done a search and counld'nt find anything.. i'm also going to order a SLP catted X pipe as well.. thanks for helping me out..

then you want the LMI. rasp is kinda the opposite of rumble. its more high-pitched than your classic muscle car sound. when i rev mine it sounds like the gates of hell exploding open. if, after you get the LMI, you decide its not for you, too loud or whatever, you can always do what im doing, which is buy the LMII ceramic cored resonators to change the sound. it will still be loud, just not as raspy as the LMI. i think either one is a great choice.

hahah.. thanks again.. you were really helpful... what do you know about the SLP X pipe any good.. i also heard you can take the cats off and on when ever you want.. thanks again.. your car sounds AWSOME.. :worship:

yeah, the slp x has interchangeable cats or racepipes, and it is top notch quality. here's what the LMI and catted X looks like

ooohh, i dont know about cali. i'd talk to somebody from there and find out, but ive heard they're strict as hell. there are a bunch of guys from cali around here, just find someone and ask, im sure they'll help you out

as far as how much louder it gets, well i had just the cat-back for a while, and i thought that was loud. after i installed the x-pipe, OMG, it really woke up. a mid-pipe makes a huge difference
