??? Tokico's adjustibles VS. Bilstien's ???

there is no caddy ride on a great handling lowered car. don't even bs yourself into thinking that. If you want caddy ride go with a different spring and give youself some suspention travel.

It all boils down to wich is more improtant ride or handling.

If I were you I would sell the bilsteins and get the tockico hp's. I think there are supposed to be about 2-3 on the Illumina's. that is proably what you would end up running them on if you want comfort anyway.

Would I be able to set it at a softer setting with the 5way tokico's.
Softer then what I have now on the bilsteins....I want a real soft ride.
grr..

Maybe I should BUCKUP and rough it out. grrr...

I run my Illuminas on "1" (the softest setting). It is a very comfortable and good handling ride ... on that setting, it is still a little stiffer than a Mach 1 but not by very much (keep in mind that I also have aftermarket arms).

The Illuminas on "1" are much softer than the Bilsteins. The Bilsteins got a bit tedious on rough roads. I love my current setup ... it handles and rides so nice. If you have stock arms, your car will ride even softer than mine. You will be happy with the Illuminas. Personally, I am so glad I changed them out. My only regret was not buying them in the first place (no slam on the Bilsteins, though ... very nice product).

Yeah..i have the bilsteins now..And its way to harsh of a ride for my likeing. I asked tons of people and they all said that the bilsteins are the best, which they seem to be but are way to hard on a rough road.

I want a smooth comfy ride.

I guess the bottom line, is I am going to rip out these bilsteins, and prolly get most of my money back from someone who would be them from me.

And get these tokico’s installed and actually they are much cheaper then the bilsteins.

And I got some buddies for installation so it wont be so bad. But overall Ohh well…I guess you live and learn hu.
I just wish I didn’t hate the ride so much. I really do…even though I know it’s a lowered stang. It shouldn’t be a burden to drive the darn thing.

Anymore feedback people…I really appreciate all of it.
Thanks Yo.

I even took the car to an auto center and they agreed that the ride is way too stiff....

LOL.

I dunno what to do guys.

I think I am going to either swap springs...or shocks/sturts. With the springs being first.
