I am building a 418 stroker but I want it to be streetable. Are ARF 225's too large for a mostlty street driven car? Would 205's be a better choice?

One can never have too much head...both in life and with motors...I had victor Jr's on my 302...it should be fine...make the most out of your combo you can and as for beeing streetable...Just get a lighter right foot!

225's will be an excellent choice for a 418. As for streetability, the cam and tune will determine that more than the heads.

225's. Streetability will not be effected by head choice. The cam is one of the main thigns that can effect drivebility.

225's
And you're worried about streetability when you're making a 418?

In all honesty it depends how high you are reving the engine. If you want to make power all the way to 6250, then I would probably get Yates heads.
