I would not live anywhere else. Apparently a lot of people are thinking like you property value has skyrocketed. We bought our house 5 years ago and it's nice to know we have some good equity in it . Charleston area is nice. I live on the outskirts of it and that's where the population is going.
Come down we'll give ya a tour
We also have been fortunate to have the hurricanes miss us, S.C. seems to be tucked in some on the coast, usually they hit FLA or hit above us.

That's another reason I want to go there Much better weather than where I am, but without any natural disasters or hurricane seasons. We're looking over towards the upstate are (G'ville, Rock Hill, Fort Mill abouts) right now. Hoping to get down there sometime next year if all goes well.

Yup 6-10 here in CT today... Now I have to decide do I go out plowing tonight and then just stay up all night and come right into work at 5AM... I would love the money, but not sure how 10 hours of work tomorrow would feel not sleeping all day today and all night!

Looking good Looks like Illinois' winter will be starting sooner than I want. Calling for some snow Saturday, but it will be fine. I know when to get on the gas and off of it when she slides. At least so far
