Sure wish I had stock crank and WP pullies laying around... The charging thing gets annoying. Anyone got some that I can take off your hands?
Alot of the time Ill be sitting in traffic and my radio would just cut off and all my gauges would zero out. Then I would have to revv the motor and when you have straight pipes you tend to get alot of looks.

Glad to hear you saw a welcomed improvement. I hate U/D's. Most of us don't see revs that allow us to note any parasitic-power-loss being feed up anyhow.

I will never run U/D's on my cars..

And for the 4.6 guys, the U/D balancer isn't good enough, so the oil pumps tend to blow before 100K miles.

I actually did feel a difference when I put them on. Not a "seat of your pants" difference, but a difference.

My two alternator pulleys were the exact same size.

You should get an O/D alt pulley.

Or a 2g size alternator pulley.

Stock 3g size alt pulley is too big for UD pulley use at idle speed.

My 89 has a 130 amp 3g alternator with a 2g size alt pulley and street underdrive crank and WP pulleys.

NO charging,(at idle) or cooling problems.
