tools to put heads on? Work safe this time.

What special "Ford" tools do you need to put the heads back on a 97 4v engine?

Well, if youre just putting the heads ON and not taking anything else on or off, then your basic bolt/socket set and torque wrench should do it. I know if you remove the front cover of the motor, you need a harmonic balancer/pulley puller to remove the pullies since the pullies have to come off to get the heads off.

What stage of the "install" are you at right now ?
