I want to put alum. valve covers on the car, and need to know which one's work without major modification. I have 1.7 rr's and don't mind messing with the oil tube plate. Which one's have you guys used that work???

Ill sell you my chromers for $20. You just need a new gasket. Javi and Jose have them, but I decided to keep my stock ones and paint them.

I bought some stock fox VC's on ebay for $15 with shipping. I heard this is the most trouble free way to clear RR. They were butt ugly but I've been polishing them when ever I have time. This way, I'll have them when I decide to do the H/C swap.

I've got Fox VC's, and other than some clearancing on the inside where the oil fill tube is, they clear everything nicely.

While we're on the subject...I also have some '93 Fox body valve covers that I am also polishing. They came without the plate that covers the underside of the oil fill tube. Do I have to have one? Without one will oil just go up and out of the PCV tubing and into the intake tract? Hmmmmm.

You need to have that baffle off for roller rockers to clear it.
