I'm going to be helping my buddy detail his Torch Red GT, and this will be my first time doing a TR car. What do you think would work better, a carnuba wax or a sealant? I have several products in both categories that we could try.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Your approach should be determined partly by paint condition and if you're going to be doing it by hand or not.

All things being equal, Mothers FX SynWax is great on red, and it's a tad easier to use than others on the market, as well as Carnauba Cleaner Wax (which is actually pretty easy to use).

Whatever you use, be sure you clay and detail the trim first.

I found Megs #2 fine cut cleaner, #82 swirl free polish, and # 7 show car glaze all three realy cheap you guys think that would be worth buying a good combo. then i would use #105. What pads for my dual action polisher would i use for those products?
