torque converter power issues

would a broken torque converter affect my graph on a dyno run or my cars ability to put the power down??

yes. a torque convertor that slips when it's not supposed to will hurt your power. i had that problem just a little while ago. apparently the stock convertor doesn't like it when you make twice the stock hp. lol. i could tell it wouldn't lock fully. i switched to a PI triple disc and it made a huge difference when locked.
