Hey guys my green 95 that is in my avatar is no more...I was on a long straightaway and a truck in front of me was turning off of the road so the suv and the geo metro in front of me stopped to allow him to turn so I stopped calmly I had plenty of room in front of me...well me and my girlfriend were sitting there chillin stopped waiting for the truck to turn off and we must have been sitting for 5-10 seconds when this tow truck decided to slam into me doing 40 mph!!! my stang was then thrown into the geo and the geo into the suv...my trunk became my rear seat and my rear window shattered and the glass was thrown into my girlfriend's back...we are all ok my neck hurts like a biotch and my girlfriend doesn't feel very good but she came out with just some minor cuts from the glass and a banged up shin from her leg hitting the dash...sorry guys but my buddies John and Rodger got first dibs on the car if I buy back they helped sooo much with it it would be wrong to not give them a shot at it..but not sure what I am gonna do yet...but there will be a new stang in the garage soon enough...I hope

yes indeed we are fine and I thank the good lord for that it is just a shame to see such a beautiful machine being laid to rest...however I will more than likely buy it back and use it as a donor with me and some buddies so it will live on in a way...

sorry about your ride..you both need to see a good doctor and hire an Attorney NOW...I was trying to be a nice guy and after almost three years they "Ins Co." are saying I get no more therapy after this falls 3 year anniversary...basically getting scr#$# with no kiss, and I still have really bad kneck and shoulder achs almost daily, same deal for me stopped and was blasted by a gal going about 40 on the off ramp..she hit my hitch and all the energy went through the truck to me sitting forward looking to make a turn when the light changed.

honestly you will probably not get better without good help, PM me if you want some really good doctors to see, my first year in therapy was wasted guy would help the bad areas but not get at what was causing the problem, finally was refered to some really good people I see weekly.

Glad to hear you are alive Brian. I can say I went with you on a cruise in her before she met her doom. Fun car. I think I gave you all of the pics that I took of your car.

Did the tow truck driver atleast tow your car for free to your house? If he didn't, talk about a mis-guided reach around. What a smuck.

Brian, glad you to are doing good and from talking to you on the phone it sound's like it as well! I think that Smoke'm is right go get an attorney! That way you can get more money and come out WAY ahead! Maybe even get the stang back without having to buy it back. I would call him or an attorney ASAP like today or tomorrow! I was in a wreack when i was 18 and i still feel it these day's and i'm 33! Back pain never goes away from what i've heard? One other thing the 96 misha posted is nice but like Visceral said look in the classifieds on here, his sounds sweet as well! Good luck and be paitient and you should make out ok! Whenever you get it back let me know and i'll have the cash! peace

Dont be nice.... you will regret it later.

I did the get hit, try to be nice, get screwed bit, about 4 years ago.

I hate lawyers, but there are some times when you need them, and this sounds like one to me....

I second the attourney thing....if it was a tow truck you have many angles to go on. I hate to sound like a sleaze bag...but that is down right crappy a comercial vehicle hiting you....lawyers should be drooling on this one. You may comp your self enough in the long haul to get that new 05 if that is what you choose to do.

Get well and take it easy on the neck. I know I have been in 2 major car wrecks...none my fault "knock on plastic"....

Again sorry to hear about it....glad you 2 are ok.
