My PMS system is saying with pedal to the floor that its only 95% open, if i manually do it with throttle cable off, it still only goes to 97%. Would this be normal is the TPS needed set to .98 volts? I would just set it but my volt meter took a crap!!!

95% / 97% of what exactly?
What is being measured?

your sig says someone else did the tuning. Why are you messing with it?

Yes, 95% of what?

The tps doesn't need to be at wot to register as wot to the computer. It registers wot as 3.5v above whatever idle voltage was set on startup as....sometimes that isnachieved at 80% throttle.

I believe WOT is actually achieved 2.71V above the baseline.

I think you are right. Somehow I keep thinking it's 3.5v

Yup.

See the results from the following Google Search for more in depth TPS info:

Aright guys, i got it figured out. Somehow the TPS and or idle screw moved and it screwed up the TPS setting. I reset the TPS to .98 v and pedal to the ground the PMS is showing WOT and not 95 % open anymore!!

You don't have to reset tps to 0.98v. That's a myth. Anywhere in the 0.5-1.1 range will dp the exact same thing as 0.98v

Yea, that's true for the OEM program. But, the PMS is a semi-POS.

As I understand, the POS PMS uses the absolute TPS voltage value to DISPLAY/LOG "idle" and "WOT".

Also, as I understand, those values (i.e. "idle. WOT") displayed do not represent what the software "really" does.
