TPS Question

For quite some time now I have been getting a check engine light. The codes are 121 and 124, TPS out of range and TPS Higher than expected. I have replaced the TPS when I bought a new Throttle Body, this did not fix the problem. The light only comes on after I have been driving for 15 minutes or so and will sometimes turn off and sometimes it stays on. Since the TPS is not adjustable, is it an option to slot the TPS and make it adjustable. Also, when checking TPS voltage is it AC or DC?

What voltage does the TPS read when off the throttlebody but plugged into the harness?
