TPS???

Set it at .95-.99v key on, engine off. 1.0v tells the ECU that you are no longer idling and are now driving. This should give you slightly better off idle performance. WOT setting does not need to be addressed.

Nope..... closed throttle upper range extends to 1.19 vdc. Anything above 1.20 vdc = failure codes 23 and/or 53 will be logged. Anything below that threshold is "filtered"/set by the ECM as the minimum TP value to set the APT (At Part Throttle) flag to -1 or "closed throttle " value.... and I have a few cases that have the TPS (which is non-adjustable BTW) with closed throttle values between 1.0 and 1.1 vdc w/out any comebacks for years....... By the same token, I have other cases with the TPS closed throttle value between .6 and .9 vdc...... and no comebacks either.
