Trac lok

Hey there guys, i KNOW my trac lok on the stang is gone. Its just that when i put on the breaks it feels like im going over alot of small little bumps, only when im slowing down from about 60+km/h. What would cause this? is it that the trac lok or just need new breaks?

Rotors are warped. Get some new ones along with pads pronto!
