I am running 295/35/18 bfg kdw2's street tires. I get no traction at all and my 60' is horrible. I have a blower and everything, I should be running mid 12s. I dynoed at 404rwhp, something must be wrong. My 1st run was my best time and then it just went down hill. What am i doing wrong?

60' - 2.33
13.62@109.56

Here is another time wierd that I ran a

60' - 2.51
14.00@109.78. Trap speed was higher.

You need to get passed that traction issue friend, sounds like you have a beast on your hands. A 2.3 60' is REALLY bad.

KDW's are not DR2's. get tires and suspension. you need hotmustang331's suspension setup. if you don't transfer the weight you will do that all summer.

the mph indicates 12's are possible, but you are killing it in the first 60 feet. 2.33 and 2.51, that is bad, really bad, turn that into the 1.9-1.8's on street tires and you will be alot faster, but street tires require some finess to get that power to the ground. my suggestion, get some drag radials or slicks, and learn to drive all over again. i know you can probably drive already, but a drag strip is alot different than the stree. good luck
