Traction Bars

I saw these traction bars on the trinitysmustangs.com

Are they the Competition Engineering ones that allow preloading?
Does anyone have them? Are they better than the Shelby style ones?
I am looking for better traction and a rear coil-over is out of the question.

Cal-tracs work great.
They really do "bite" when put in use.
