I've finally found some one that i could trust and is reasonable to install my new gears. When talking to him I asked if he thought while it was open should i take the time to rebuild the TC. He didnt feel it was needed as my car only has 30k miles on it. (2003 gt)

He said if i wanted he could put an extra shim in the TC and it would stiffen it up. We chatted briefly about it but i would like to get some opinions on this. Positives negitives ect.

thx.

You dont rebuild "traction control"...its all electronic.

If you were talking about a rebuild kit for the rear to replace bearings, seals and such, that might be a good idea, but at your mileage probably not necessary.
