traction problems,what do i do?

My 93 gt if fairly modified and has the 5 speed manual transmission. every time i launch the tires spin way to much all the way up into 3rd gear and im slidingall over the place. does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do that wouldn't be to expensive?

or get some super duper dunlop directional tires that are like no tire spin lol it hardly does a burnout now (i mean like just break loose) it hooks up and bing its off lol

you need cheater slicks if you wanna get on it.

you can also do lca's , i like hpm mega bite jr's myself.

This hurts to read, and I dont know if its a joke or you really want him to buy those tires...

As far as your answer, some drag radials would work, as well as cheater slicks (and ET Street or Quick Time Pro) but I would say a wider street tire would help too! But I agree, take your foot off the gas. Mine does the same thing, and I have learned to launch and pedal the car, and amazingly the tires dont spin!
