Well after all the possible trades that I went through, like the jeep and the civic, I finally traded my car for something you guys will be pleased with...I hope ...Anyways Its a '94 GT all stock except O/R X, Flowmasters, BBK springs, 17X9 Offbrand Cobra R's, and a Fiberglass cowl hood. That being said, its not quite as fast as my '86 but Its not too far behind. I didnt trade cars to have a faster one, I traded to have a nicer one, And this thing is really comfortable driving compared to the fox, and a helluva lot smoother without any rattles or squeaks. I dont know why I even bought a fox in the first place, I shoulda just bought one of these

Now onto the pics

Nice looking car, i did the same thing when i got my 1995, but i ended up going back to the fox when i was having a ton of problems wtiht he 1995 that i just couldnt seem to fix. Thats not a bad trade there that you did though.

Now I see why you guys rag on him all the time

going from a $3000 vehicle to a $5000 vehicle without spending a dime is not a stupid move

its not about the money, for what you paid for the 86 it was worth it, and i think whoever you traded the car got a better deal then you, maybe not right now, but a 86 is 20 years old and getting harder to find a clean one like you had.

your car so you can do what you want, but i would of kept the 86.

but if you drive it as a daily driver then i understand why you would do it.

everyone has there own opinion, this is mine.

Nice car, you made out on that deal. Sometimes i wish i had bought a 94-95 instead of my 89, but i do love the look of my fox. Anyway, congrats.

ryan, i usually have your back on most topics, but dude, im sure he knows his car a lot better then you do, so if he made the trade, chances are it was worth it...(well to him) just like when i sold my 93 gt and bought a trans am, i knew it was in MY best interest to do so, so i did it... just htink of it that way. on another note i have a splitting headache, so if the above didn't make any scence, thats why.

I think everyone in this part of stangnet probably likes the fox better, but other than opinion on what you like better i think he made out really good on this deal. He got something worth a lot more and what makes him happy right now.

I'd have an SN95 in my driveway as my DD if I could afford one, but I can barely spare the bucks to keep my Fox on the road, as it is. Hopefully, by this time next year I'll be in better shape enough that I can keep my Fox for a weekend toy and have an SN95 for a DD ... although, realistically, if I did score one, I'd probably just ditch the Fox and go all-out on the SN95, anyway.

Foxes have their merits, but not so much for comfort and such versus the '94-'95 models. I'd rather have the extra weight of an SN95 if it means not feeling like I'm riding in a tin can lined with a few plastic panels inside - one can always make up the difference by beefing up the engine a tad.

Definitely a nice score you made there. Not a fan of that shift knob, though.

As much as i love my little fox, i could never daily drive it again. The SN95 is just much more refined and comfortable to drive.

looks sharp. I love the black bezels on the lights, though the saleen ones are 50x sweeter if you can find em'

i would like a newer stang too, but the opportunity has not presented itself....i just want something more practical for the driving that i do...which is basically a lot of 3hour highway....

Thanks for all the comments guys, I really like driving this car, the other one felt like it was going to rattle itself to pieces. Anyways, I like the black taillight bezels but something just doesnt look right with the saleen ones IMO, so Ill stick with the stockers, or I have a set of GTS Blackout tail light covers that I might throw on there, do you think those would look good?

BTW: I have a friend giving me a built 351W for an oldsmobile engine that I have, So I hope to drop that in the stang when I get the money
