I have had shift problems, we found out what is wrong and its the lever on the tranny the whole lever seems to have moved and the cable gets a bad angle to pull on it and cant get into low 1. Somone told me this in antoher topic but i am just making sure how it works......
So i can drop the pan and the setup will be in reach??
Just loosen the nut and pull it off and move it a couple teeth over??
I asked my auto mech teacher today and he said that there shouldnt be any adjustment there, that its probably bent. If its bents it has to be inside, because the lever is fine from the outside. It just is farther back than i think it should be. Like when the lever is in park its parallel. And when its in low one, its like pretty much touching the pan. Doesnt look right and the cable has problems pulling it.
Just making sure...
