Tranny Noise

I recently did a Spec stage 3 clutch/flywheel upgrade. And now I have a noise coming from the tailshaft of the transmission. It sounds like a bearing noise and it can only be heard while the car is moving, doesnt matter if the clutch is in or out. I tripple checked and torqued everything to spec. Used an oem tob also. I thought maybe I messed something when I put the drive shaft back in because it did give me a lil trouble going back in, so I pulled it back out and pulled the output shaft seal and everything looks normal Would the pilot bearing send a noise through the tranny? Im kinda stumped here

Could be the TOB...try spraying it with some lithium grease and see if it goes away.

How did you localize the noise to the tailshaft?

I put it in the air on jackstands and ran in it in gear.
