Tranny problem

First off i installed pacesetters headers and they had to be bent ALOT,but overall it fit is pretty good. Straight pipe to the exhaust..Bad low end but good high range. The engine is shaken pretty bad but the o2 sensor is not installed yet. here's my question when i put the car into reserves it bangs pretty bad. and also in drive but not as bad ...any idea

I'm willing to bet it'll go away once the 02 is put on. The computer has to make changes, even at idle, when you put the car in gear, assuming the transmission is automatic.
