My friend has an 05 V6 vert. Her tranny recently started acting up. When you come to a stop 95% of the time it will not downshift to 1st gear, typically this is the only symptom though lately it takes increasingly more throttle to get it to down shift. Unfortunatly her warranty has ran out, i was just wondering if any of you may have had this problem or if you may have any ideas as to what the problem may be.

its sounds like a computer/transmission interface issue ....... she needs to take it into the dealer before she seriously damages something.

i think you are goping to have to bite the bullet and take it to the dealer, like shooterm1 said. there are other options, but this sounds like the easiest.
