tranny question

i have a t5 tranny #1352-169 from a 1986 5.0 stang It is rated at 265tq

Will this be ok in my 92 (all stock) 5.0 stang although the car is rated at 300tq?

More than likely, depending on how hard you drive the car. My t5 has 110,000 miles, 20,000 of which have been well over the 300rwtq.

If you go to google and type in speedo gear calculator there are a few diffrent websites you can go to and they will ask you some info on your car and tell you what speedo gear to run.
