I completely re-did my whole front end, topping it off with a new 351w. I just tried to take it for a ride and the transmission works fine in every gear except reverse. At one point while it was out I attempted to install a B&M transpak shift kit, however when I realized that I had the wrong one for my transmission I put it back how it was originally (I think). I am wondering what could be wrong with the valve body to keep me out of reverse. Any help is appreciated.

You should call up a local tranny shop and ask them about your problem. I messed up the C4 I had in my car once by puting a spring in the valve body upside down after replacing the filter in the transmission pan.
