Trans shimmy

Hey guys, My '95 has been exhibiting a shimmy when taking off in first. It's much more apparent when the car is hot, especially in stop and go traffic. It seems to be getting worse...trans? clutch? What can I check? Thanks for any advice.

The flywheel may have a nice hot spot burned into it. Sounds like its time for a new clutch, and resurface of the flywheel.
