Transmission fluid question

Its 50000 miles and changing all fluids and was wondering if you guys just change your fluid or would it be better to go get it flushed as well. And what is the type and brand of fluid I should change with.
Its a 5 speed

i dont think you can flush the fluid on a manual. just drain and fill. from what ive heard, redline atf works fairly well.

Just use any automatic ATF III fluid. I used Quaker State and no problems. It should take a little less than 3 quarts. Do yourself a favor and buy a little hand pump to get the new fluid in there. It is well worth the extra $10.
