I have a vibrating noise in the engine compartment...it only occurs with the clutch out...when I put the clutch in, I get no noise. Sometimes I get like a knocking noise that sounds like something is hitting against the firewall or something. I am not sure what it is. My guesses lead me to believe the cable is loose or something needs to be replaced. Any ideas on this? The car is a 96 GT with 75K miles. Let me know what you think and what it will cost to fix if it is big time.
