Transmission ID help

So i am putting my motor back in with a new clutch and I check the fit of the pilot bearing in the crank thats good but on the trans input shaft it is very loose about a tenth of an inch too big the id that is, I also planned on changing the throwout bearing retainer which I bought from summit well the bore on it was too small for the outer race of the throwout bearing i am a little lost here the trans is a borgwarner
