what do i torque my 6 flywheel bolts too, and how much ATF will a Tremec T5 hold?

75 to 85 Ft/lbs on the flywheel bolts. Dunno how much fluid you need. ut buy 4 or 5 quarts and fill it to the bottom of the drain plug.

alright then, should i put the tranny in first, or fluid then the tranny?

I would not fill it to the bottom of the drain plug, the bottom of the fill plug would be my choice.

a t5 should use about 2.5 quarts of atf.

Put the tranny in first, then fill it through the shifter hole.

or get a little hand pump and pump it in through the fill hole.

Yup - what they said - it should take about 2.7 qts. till it starts running out of the fill hole. Buy 3 quarts and you'll be good. If you have a spare tranny yoke to insert in the back of the tranny you can fill it first (til when level it runs out of the fill hole); otherwise filling it first will have it running out the back of the tranny when you try to install it -- Very messy....
