Transmission Mount ??'s

Can somebody tell me what its like to be driving with a worn out tranny mount on a t-5...
I think thats my problem. Clutch feels average,no loud noises every gear shifts fine. The only problem is some above normal vibration at ride and when you press the clutch at a 3-4k shift you hear/feel what im pretty sure is the tranny bucking. And sometimes about 4 or 5 out of 10 times when shifting into only 2nd and 3rd the shifter will move left shake left and right when you tap on/off the gas pedal....Is this a wore out mount or what???

it probably is. go ahead and change it out to a poly mount, its easy to do and u cant possibly do anything but make an improvement by doing it. the mount is cheap too. the mounts on these cars are made of rubber and wear out over years of service.

just go under and look at it,,u can tell if its time to change it...shake it a little see if its worn...

yah i replaced the mount,and discovered i had one bolt holding the tranny to the housing.lol, holy ish im lucky...I had to go to home depot to match the bolts i needed. Metric basteeerds.Now it feels smooth through every gear...1st and reverse are seldomly hard to get into gear when i first start it up. mainly 1st, but when im driving every gear 1-5 is smooth and solid so im happy!! it was a 20.00 fix including mount and 2.00 bolts plus loctite...So i cant complain
