what would cause a transmission not to shift to 3rd? when driving it wont shift to third the engine revs when it is supposed to shift, if you shut overdrive off it stays in second and the rpms clime but it does not neutral out. I just changed the torque converter trying to fix this problem but it is still there. it is an 01 v6
