So last weekend i was on my my way home from MD.. and right at the WV border my car starts acting up with some transmission problems, its revving, missing gears, smoking the cabin, and there is the smell of a BBQ gone terribly terribly wrong wafting in the air.....*blah blah blah* long story short i lost damn near all my trans fluid, im fairly certain i blew out at least the rear seal, possibly the front pump seal is bad too and my mechanic said to get a second opinion on the pump itself, so i figured i would try to price everything...... so all is going well until i get to pricing the pump. im on the phone with the local ford dealership's part dept. and the little twit informs me that ford no longer makes the pump.... so if anyone knows where i can find a trans pump for a 1993 2.3 liter mustang with the AOT transmission please let me know, thanks alot
