i have a T-45 that has been making some "odd" noise's recently. To top it off the other night i was shifting with some force from 2nd to 3rd and it felt like 3rd was a brick wall and it made a grinding noise. Now a new noise is happining durring deceleration(when downshifting). It's time to do something and i was thinking of getting a re-build. I Know next to nothing about transmission rebuilds so can anyone inform me on what parts are replaced? can forged internals be added? is it better then stock form? i dont ever plan on making more then 400rwhp with the car so a new "beefy" trans isnt what i need. thanks in advance!
